Programme overview now available!

Thank you to all those who have agreed to share their research, ideas and good practices as part of the conference programme. We had a lot of submissions, which have resulted in a rich and varied programme of workshops, presentations, posters and symposia.

Click here for a list of the confirmed programme contents, including abstracts and names of speakers.

We expect the programme to run from approximately 9:00 to 17:00 on both days. The conference dinner will take place on Day 1 of the conference (7 July). Due to the hybrid setting, exact programme timings will be decided once we have a picture of how many participants will attend on location in the Hague.

Wondering how to get there and where to stay? See Practical Info for some tips.

Due to the fluctuating situation with Covid-19, the full conference programme will be posted nearer the date of the conference.

For information on registration and pricing, see the Registration page.

On location or online?

World CLIL 2022 was always intended to be an on-location conference to bring together colleagues from across the world. This is still our goal, and we hope that with the improving Covid-19 situation in many countries, we will be able to greet a large number of delegates in person in the Hague. Delegates on location will have access to the full two-day conference programme, including a number of networking opportunities and the option of an evening social programme.

However, times have changed since preparations began and we understand that not everyone will be able to travel to the Netherlands to attend the conference in person. For those colleagues, there is an option to register for online access only. This will include access to the keynotes and to online and hybrid posters and presentations, and some opportunities to connect with colleagues. Workshops and certain symposia will not be available online.
